Glenorchy Community Resilience Discussion

  • Supper Room at the Hall Glenorchy (map)

Sustainable Glenorchy is hosting a discussion, open to all, followed by a shared meal on Sunday 26 July at 5pm in the Supper Room at the Hall in Glenorchy.

We will include:
1) A Queenstown Community Garden contributor (Theo Richard) sharing his experience at that location.
2) Notes from Chris Hatton about the pros and cons of a community microgrid and potential alternatives, for discussion.

This is about sharing knowledge and experience to help our community be more resilient in the long term, and getting together because it’s fun!
Whether you have ideas to contribute or would just like to know more, we’d love you to come.

What to bring: Food to share and a small amount of firewood if possible.
