Edible weeds workshop - with Herbal Culture.

Join Loran from Herbal Culture at the Grow Wānaka community gardens for a hands-on exploration of some of the edible plants and “weeds” growing in our gardens and neighbourhoods.

We’ll learn how to identify them, discover ways to use them in the kitchen, and perhaps start seeing those pesky weeds in a whole new light!

A relaxed, practical workshop for anyone curious about foraging, wild food and getting to know the plants growing around us.
