Hayley Anderson

Haley is a health and disability leader passionate about improving the experiences of people in their communities while supporting the wellbeing and effectiveness of health professionals.

With extensive governance experience across the health sector, she has chaired the Board of Cranford Hospice and was recently elected to the Hawke's Bay District Health Board. A graduate of the Global Women Breakthrough Leaders Programme (2015), she is known for leading with authenticity, empathy and a strong commitment to developing the people around them.

Hayley will be speaking on the Business as a Force for Good panel at the Better Business Day at Wao Summit 2026.
