Livia Warren

Livia is the Co-Founder and Interior Designer at Prima Build, specialising in design-led renovations that bring together the character of Wānaka homes with the needs of modern living.

With nearly 20 years of experience working for plumbing suppliers and merchants, she brings a strong understanding of quality products, materials, and the importance of specifying solutions that are built to last.

Livia’s passion lies in creating thoughtful, functional spaces that respect the history and character of a home. Influenced by her Hungarian heritage, she believes great design is about creating homes that tell a story while continuing to serve the generations who live within them.
