Arthur Lee

Arthur has been devoting his career to sustainable buildings since the completion of his higher education in Wellington and Denmark.

He worked as an architectural designer in the past few years, delivering high performance residential developments from concept to completion. His specialised areas include Passive House design, Homestar, whole of life carbon assessment, and prefabrication construction. Arthur made Queenstown home in 2017 and continues to enjoy the lifestyle and being part of the community in our district.

Arthur will be speaking at the Queenstown Lakes Community Trust stop on the Better Building Day Tour at Wao Summit 2026.
