Lisa Hinde

Lisa Hinde is Head of Sustainability at Precinct Properties, where she leads the development and implementation of long-term strategies that embed sustainability, health, and wellbeing across over $5b worth of assets under development and management.

A recognised industry leader, Lisa is a WELL Accredited Professional, Green Star Accredited Professional, and NABERS Assessor.

She also serves as Chair of the New Zealand Green Building Council Advisory Committee, a role that reflects her globally recognised work in enabling scalable solutions to complex challenges in the built environment.

Lisa enjoys working on improving existing buildings across as many typologies as possible using industry built tools and knowledge sharing. She also likes using that analysis to feed back into the early stage design advice to consultants and project teams so common issues are resolved at the beginning.
