Nicky Gray

Nicky Gray is the Queenstown Enviroschools Facilitator. She is passionate about education and the environment. After 20 years of being a classroom teacher she moved into her facilitators role working with schools in the natural environment space.

Her facilitator’s role allows her to make connections with other people and groups in the community to support schools' learning about nature.

Nicky works alongside The Garden to Table Programme in Queenstown schools, growing students' skills and knowledge about local foods.

Alongside QPS students, Nicky will be speaking at the Future Food Citizens session during the Food Resilience Day Tour at Wao Summit 2026.
