Queenstown Electrification Accelerator (Team)
The Queenstown Electrification Accelerator (QEA) is a locally led initiative driving the transition to a low-cost, low-emission, and resilient energy future across the Queenstown-Lakes District.
QEA provides free, independent advice to help businesses, households, and communities confidently navigate electrification, whether you're exploring solar and batteries, switching to electric transport, or shifting from reliance on gas. Our support is tailored to your needs, grounded in local knowledge, and focused on practical outcomes.
Led by a team of local experts with global experience, QEA exists to champion the interests of homeowners, communities, and businesses, working to lower energy bills, reduce emissions, and build long-term resilience in our region.
The QEA Team will be speaking at the From Energy Waste to Energy Wise - A Building Energy Audit and Electrification Workshop during the Better Building Day at Wao Summit 2025.
