Tim Ross

Tim Ross is a Registered Architect and Principal of Architype, an award-winning architectural practice specializing in the design of passivhaus buildings.

Tim is the architect of Toiora Cohousing in Dunedin as well as many other passivhaus and community residential projects. Tim is passionate about creating design solutions which are technically integrated, economically achievable and visually compelling.

Tim will be speaking at the Journey to 2125 session during the Better Building Day at Wao Summit 2025.
